How to proceed the return & exchange service.
1. Before you send back your item, please firstly Email our CS Team at email@example.com with the reasons you have to return and attach the pictures as well to identify the product is well in mint condition.
Alternatively you may simply submit the contact form from here.
If there's quality problem involved, please send us clear photos for visual confirmation.
If it is wrong item or incorrect size you received, please take both pictures of the items you received and its SKU on the package for our visual checking. We do need to confirm this issue before we authorize this return.
Return slip will be sent as soon as we finish this confirmation.
2. Please kindly follow the enclosed return slip to send it back. Make sure you will finish it with your order information and then send it back together with your package.

3. Please send us a tracking information after you send the package back so that we could track the delivery status. We will contact you as soon as we receive the returned items.
4. You'd better send the package back through Postal service. It is much more convenient for us to pick it up from the postal office, which is also much cheaper for you to bear. We reserve our rights to refuse those packages sent back by express shipping as there will be extra duty caused. Failure of fulfillment, any extra cost will be at your end arising there from.
